• Heavy Rain or Snow: Prolonged exposure to moisture can affect the shape; let it air dry naturally if wet.
• Extreme Heat & Humidity: Avoid leaving your hat in a hot car or direct sunlight for long periods, as heat can shrink wool.

For extra protection, you can apply a hat waterproofing spray to improve water resistance.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the hat is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Free Exchanges: If your hat doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size for free within 30 days of delivery. We’ll cover the shipping cost for the first exchange.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your hat arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.
